A organization registered under section of the Society Act XXI of 1860 vide Registration No. 6993/767 in the year 1989 - 90 in the name of PARADEEP TRUCK OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION.

Aims And Objectives
The aims and objectives for which the society is established are as follows:
- To unite the truck owners of Jagatsinghpur and Kendrpara district and develop the sense of brotherhood among them.
- To enhance fellow feelings in the road transport sector.
- To provide the platform for the truck owners to expose the potentialities.
- To extend Cooperation to other other truck owners and other truck association in professional matters.
- To conduct seminars and held different programs for truck operators.
- To assist/suggest and inform the government administration to arrest unfair trade practices.
Membership
Any truck owner permanent inhabitant of Jagatsinghpur and Kendrapara district, irrespective of caste, creed, color, sex and religion, who has attained of age of 18 years and interested for the betterment of truck owners shall be entitled be a member of the association after paying the prescribe membership fees and fulfilling other document formalities, as decided by the General Body from time to time. Documents Like voter card/ Aadhar Card/Passport, PDC, etc. all updated and valid MV documents. The membership will be scrutinized six months prior to association election. Non-possession of trucks at the time of general scrutiny will be amounts to sleeping members cannot eligible for election process. They can reactive their membership after production/repossession of trucks with valid MV documents.
Presently more than 2850 members and having their more than 4500 trucks are associated.
Governing Body
The general Body means the total members of the association. It shall be the sole authority of the association .it will meet minimum twice annually, which is mandatory and the copy of the General Body resolution shall be submitted to the Add.Registar of the societies within one month for approval.
Terms
The maximum term of the elected/selected body/bodies will be three years from the date of election.
